You can easily make crepes at home. Crepe mix is selling well.
Just mix 100g of mix with 1 egg and 100cc of water and fry in a frying pan.
A slightly sweet, crispy and moist crepe that even beginners can bake.
After pouring the batter into the frying pan, lift the frying pan off the stove and before it heats up, rotate it up and down and from side to side to ensure that the batter flows over the entire baking surface.
After baking for a few seconds, insert the edge with a spatula, lift the dough with both fingers, flip it over, and bake for a few seconds, and it's done! ! You can easily transfer it onto a plate.
Ham, salad, and mayo are fine, but fruits, chocolate sauce, honey, and nuts are also delicious.
This weekend's lunch was a rolled crepe and my family had a great time.
A crepe mix with a beautiful baked pattern.
It is baked well and is soft and easy to roll.

3. Gradually add the remaining water and mix.
4. Add salad oil and mix.

*Made by our staff!
I baked 6 20cm diameter pieces using 200g of mixed flour + 200cc of water and 2 eggs.
If you bake it thinner, you'll probably end up with more pieces.
