Iron frying pan specially designed for pancakes without PFAS (organic fluorine compounds), which is a safety concern.
20 cm in diameter, perfect for morning pancake bakes.

This iron frying pan is handmade in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, the birthplace of handcraftsmanship.
The majestic appearance, moderate weight and size, and high heat conductivity are the majesty of steel.
The natural wooden handle also shows the high quality in every detail.
The more you use an iron frying pan, the easier it becomes to use as it becomes acclimated to oil, the quicker it finishes cooking, and the more durable it is, the longer you can use it.

The pans are coated with a transparent silicon baking finish to prevent burning and sticking, making them easy to use.
The “transparent silicon coating” complies with the Food Sanitation Law.

Iron frying pans have excellent heat resistance and good heat conduction, allowing the flavor to be concentrated in a short time.
It makes pancakes that are crispy on the outside and fluffy and chunky on the inside.

When you cook ULTRAMIX in this frying pan, the outer crust is crispier than in an aluminum frying pan, while the concentrated buttermilk flavor on the inside is more robust and chewy. It is a harmony of deliciousness that continues even after cooling!

After use, wash well with a scrubber and dry in a well-ventilated place.
Iron frying pans can efficiently supply iron because iron ions (iron dioxide), which are easily absorbed, adhere to food during cooking.
Iron is necessary for the development of the central nervous system, including the brain, and infancy and early childhood are critical periods in a child's development.

What is PFAS? PFAS exhibit physical properties such as water and oil repellency and thermal and chemical stability, and are used in a wide range of applications such as fire extinguishing agents and water repellent treatments.
On the other hand, PFAS is rarely decomposed in the natural world and is referred to as an eternal chemical substance.
