How to make chocolate banana

1. Chill the bananas in the refrigerator.
2. Melt the Chocolate Banana chocolate over a hot water bath (approximately 50℃).
Fill a deep frying pan or pot with hot water and place the bowl of chocolate inside to melt.
(Please be careful not to let hot water get into the bowl)
3. Peel the banana, cut it to the appropriate size, and then stick it with a stick.
4. Dip step 3 into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to sprinkle chocolate onto the small parts.
5. Remove excess chocolate and add topping with color spray or chocolate pen.
6. Once the chocolate has hardened, it's ready.

Enjoy the finished chocolate banana on the same day.



Point

1. If the banana breaks when you poke it with a stick, cover it with chocolate with the crack facing down.
Once the chocolate has hardened, you won't notice any cracks.

2. When coating the chocolate on the banana stick, use a spoon to carefully sprinkle it all the way to the end of the banana.
Once the chocolate hardens, the stick will be more stable and won't come off easily.

3. Use a small, deep bowl to make it easier to dip the bananas in.

4. Make sure to insert the stick straight into the banana until it reaches about the middle.
If you stick it all the way to the tip, it may run out.
