Unless otherwise specified, we will ship your order (within Japan) within 1-2 business days after receiving your order (after confirming payment).

Deliveries to Honshu, excluding remote islands, are scheduled to arrive the next day (excluding mail delivery).

If you contact our store, we will let you know if it is possible to add it. You can check the shipping status and accept additional orders if possible.

When ordering the item you would like to add, please add a comment in the notes section that you would like it to be included in the package with your existing order.

For environmental protection reasons, we do not include purchase statements.

If you are using free mail

Even if the address is OK for general use, you may not be able to receive it. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your junk mail box.

Depending on the settings of your email software

Emails may be automatically deleted depending on the settings of your email software or security software. Please note that emails from our store may end up in the trash.

If the email address is incorrect

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please double check that the email address you registered is correct.

At our store, we accept receipts from each financial institution's usage statement or receipt as shown below, as well as receipts from payment service providers.As a general rule, our store does not issue receipts. .
