If you order products that include shipping in one order, shipping will be free regardless of the above charges.

If you purchase multiple individual shipping items in one order, all shipping charges set for each item will be added.

Large purchase discount benefits

Free shipping is available for purchases of 11,000 yen (tax included) or more per destination.
However, if the delivery destination is Hokkaido, it will be free of charge.
However, if the delivery destination is Okinawa, there will be a 0% discount.
Shipping Fees for individual items are eligible for large purchase discount benefits.

If you purchase a product that will be delivered by cool delivery service

Cool shipping fee is regular shipping fee + 580 yen.

If you purchase one or more cool delivery items, 580 yen will be added to the shipping fee calculated using the shipping fee calculation method above.

About payment methods

You can choose from the following payment methods:

Credit card payment

We use an SSL system, so your card number is encrypted before being sent. Please rest assured.

・There is no copy of your credit card payment as the payment is done electronically.
For usage details, please refer to the usage statement provided by your credit card company.
・Receipts will be issued in place of your credit card company's usage details.
If you require a receipt issued by our store, please write so and your address in the communication field when placing your order.

■About security code

To prevent unauthorized use of your credit card, we ask you to enter your security code.
For Visa and Master cards, the security code is the 3-digit number printed on the back of the card. For American Express, it will be a 4-digit number printed on the front.

■About registering your card number

If you register your email address and mobile phone number with Shop Pay, you can easily enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile phone number via SMS the next time you make a purchase, without having to enter your credit card information again. Payment can now be made.

Amazon Pay payment

<About cool delivery charges>

For products delivered by frozen (refrigerated) delivery, *Cool delivery (frozen delivery, refrigerated delivery) charges will be added in addition to the regular shipping fee.
