オーツミルクとワイルドブルーベリーのパンケーキ

Oat Milk and Wild Blueberry Pancakes

We will make it with oat milk, which is gaining attention. It is a plant-based milk made from oats, and is widely used by vegans and people with lactose allergies. It has fewer calories than cow's milk and also contains dietary fiber.

You can make it with trans-fatty acid-free ULTRAMIX Pancakemix. How about a simple and healthy breakfast?

Topped with wild blueberries and dried blueberries soaked in yogurt. Made without eggs.

ULTRAMIX Pancakemix was created in the kitchen for baby food. It is trans fat-free and aluminum-free, so you can eat it with your kids every day! Contains buttermilk from Hokkaido.

Ingredients

  • ULTRAMIX Pancakemix 200g
  • Organic oat milk 250cc
  • 2 tablespoons organic dried blueberries
  • 100g unsweetened yogurt

How to cook

  1. Soak 2 tablespoons of dried blueberries in 100g of yogurt for 15 minutes.
  2. ULTRAMIX Pancakemix 200g (one bag) with 250cc of oat milk (or almond milk) to make the batter.
  3. ULTRAMIX Pancakemix 200g (one bag) and 250cc of oat milk to make the batter. Heat one tablespoon of oil (coconut oil) in a frying pan, turn off the heat, and pour in a light ladleful of batter. When bubbles start to appear (about 1.5 to 2 minutes), flip it over and cook for about 1.5 minutes.
  4. Once all the batter has been cooked, stack the pancakes and top with blueberry-infused yogurt.

Oat milk itself has a cereal flavor and a slight sweetness. It is made without eggs, but it is also delicious with eggs. It has a chewier texture than milk made with cow's milk. The soft sweetness of the oat milk stands out, so blueberry yogurt is sweet enough without any added sweeteners.

ULTRAMIX Pancakemix can be frozen. When ready to eat, let it thaw naturally and then microwave for 20 seconds.
