You can make it with trans-fatty acid-free ULTRAMIX Pancake mix. How about a simple and healthy breakfast?
Ingredients
- ULTRAMIX Pancake mix 200g
- 200ml milk (or vegetable milk)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
- 30g potato flakes
- Maple syrup (or coconut sugar)
How to cook
- ULTRAMIX Pancake mix 200g (one bag), 30g potato flakes, 1 egg, and 200ml milk (or plant-based milk) in a bowl to make the batter.
- Heat oil (coconut oil) in a frying pan over medium heat. After turning off the heat, pour the batter into the pan and cook for 2 minutes over low to medium heat. When bubbles start to appear, flip it over and cook the other side for 1.5 minutes.
- Stack pancakes and serve with honey or maple sugar syrup.
The batter is a little hard, so pour about half a ladle into the frying pan. When you pour it into the hot frying pan, the aroma of potatoes will rise. If you fry the surface a little until it becomes crispy, the outside will be crispy and the inside will be fluffy and very delicious.
ULTRAMIX Pancake mix can be frozen. When ready to eat, simply thaw naturally and microwave for 20 seconds.
