Ingredients
- ULTRAMIX Pancake mix 200g
- 1 egg
- 200ml milk
- Muen butter 25g
- 2 tablespoons black cocoa powder
- Couverture tablet chocolate bitter 65% 75g

- Tablet coated chocolate 150g
- Fruit (strawberries, mint leaves, etc.)
How to cook
- Melt the couverture chocolate tablets and coating chocolate in a water bath (50-60℃).
- Melt the unsalted butter.
- Add the eggs and milk to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the ULTRAMIX Pancake mix and cocoa powder to step 3 and mix lightly. Add the melted butter and couverture chocolate tablets from step 2 and mix to make the dough.
- Put oil (or coconut oil) in a frying pan and heat it over medium heat. After turning off the heat, pour the batter into the frying pan and cook for 2 minutes over low to medium heat. When bubbles start to appear, flip it over and cook the other side for 1.5 to 2 minutes. (6 slices with a diameter of about 12 cm)
- Stack the pancakes, drizzle them with a generous amount of melted chocolate, and top with strawberries, mint, etc.
The pancakes alone are enough to make a great gift. The chocolate coating hardens over time, making them a great gift. Bake small ones and give them as a Valentine's Day gift. If you want to eat them right away, you can add some chocolate whipped cream on top.
