Cocoa pancakes made with organic rice milk
These are gentle chocolate pancakes baked with the sweetness of organic rice milk. Served with organic agave chocolate chips. Recommended for vegans. The batter and toppings are full of cacao, but not too sweet, making these pancakes perfect for adults.

ULTRAMIX Pancakemix was created in the kitchen for baby food. It is trans fat-free and aluminum-free, so you can eat it with your kids every day! Contains buttermilk from Hokkaido.
Ingredients
- ULTRAMIX Pancakemix 200g
- 1 egg
- Organic rice milk 200ml
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 20g organic dark agave chocolate chips
- 1/2 banana
- Maple syrup (as needed)
- Crushed nuts (as needed)
- 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
How to cook
- Add the eggs and rice milk to a bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Add ULTRAMIX Pancakemix 200g (one bag) and the cocoa powder to ① and mix well.
- Heat oil (or coconut oil) in a frying pan over medium heat. After turning off the heat, pour the batter into the pan and cook for 2 minutes over low to medium heat. When bubbles start to appear, flip it over and cook the other side for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
- Stack the pancakes, top with sliced bananas, dark agave chocolate chips, chopped nuts and drizzle with maple syrup.
Amazingly, rice milk, a plant-based milk made from organic rice, rises well when baked and has no distinctive rice smell. You can taste the natural sweetness of rice. You can also get the high nutritional value of rice, such as vitamins.
